Grammar matters! Why? Proper grammar improves the clarity of your writing and increases readers' confidence in your ideas.Employers often say that when they look at resumes, they stop reading when they find that first misspelled word or grammar error. ... That's one reason grammar matters. Another reason correct grammar matters is that all the reader has are the words and punctuation marks on the page.
Grammar is important because it is the language that makes it possible for us to talk about language. Grammar names the types of words and word groups that make up sentences not only in English but in any language. As human beings, we can put sentences together even as children—we can all do grammar.

Game Changer Review:

Game Changer is the first autobiography of Shahid Afridi, one of cricket’s most controversial and popular all-rounders and Pakistan’s biggest cricketing superstar since Imran Khan.
Afridi’s story must be told. His is a tale that begins with the cricket world’s most famous batting debut when, at age nineteen, not sixteen as has been believed till now, he scored a 37-ball century – the fastest the world had ever seen – against then world champions Sri Lanka. Since that incredible innings in Nairobi on 4 October 1996, Afridi’s career has been quite similar to that of a suddenly successful Hollywood star who stumbles in and out of scandal, is led astray by his youth, good looks, talent and overconfidence, but is still adored for his performances.

Yet, over twenty years since his swashbuckling start, it is clear that Afridi is not a one-hit wonder. Despite inconsistent performances, he is one of the few cricketers to have earned a globally recognized nickname – Boom Boom – for his aggressive.
Game Changer by Shahid Khan Afridi is provided publicly for free by Peshawar Library.

At first, she composed under the pseudonym, “Beena”. Parveen Shakir utilized dual types of poesy in her work generally, one being the customary ghazal and the other as free rhyme. The utmost noticeable subjects in Parveen’s poesy are affection, feminism, and social humiliations, however she infrequently composed on different points too.

I was very astonished when Musharaf Gul Ghamgeen said " I want to publish a book of my poetry with the title of Shogirey". I replied that in todays situations one can not fulfil their needs because of exorbitance or costliness and.. you are going to publish book.... and for whom you are going to publish it, our youths are spending much of their time on internet or other activities.
Hearing this comment Musharaf Gul Ghamgeen smiled and added. " Aajiz Sahib this is our own mother tongue and we are not doing any gratitude on some body while serving it. if any body is reading it or no body is reading it. our duty is to make it standing with other languages.Shogirey is a very heart touching pashto poetry book by a poet of umarzai district Charsadda. Review for the Book:

Tribes, We Need You to Lead Us is written by Seth Godin, Tribes, We Need You to Lead Us is one of the best selling books on Marketing. Maybe not your world, but the world of programmers and software companies and the people who work with them. The way Joel is changing the world, though, is something every single one of us needs to pay attention to. While Joel runs a small software company in New York City, his real passion is talking about how to run a small software company. Through blogs and books and conferences, Joel has changed the way many smart people think about finding, hiring, and managing programmers. Along the way, Joel has assembled a large and influential tribe of people who look to him for leadership. A tribe is a group of people connected to one another, connected to a leader, and connected to an idea. For millions of years, human beings have been part of one tribe or another. A group needs only two things to be a tribe: a shared interest and a way to communicate. Joel provides both. He runs a profitable job board that attracts the very best programmers (and the best jobs) in the world. He even created the widely used Joel Test, which is a measure of how programmer friendly a job might be. A Google search on “Joel” returns seventy-six million matches, and Joel Spolsky is first, right where he belongs.

Pashtun culture  is based on Pashtunwali, which is an ancient way of life, as well as speaking of the Pashto language and wearing Pashtun dress. The culture of the Pashtun people is highlighted since at least the time of Herodotus (484–425 BC) or Alexander the Great, when he explored the Afghanistan and Pakistan region in 330 BC. The Pashtun culture has little outside influence, and, over the ages, has retained a great degree of purity.
Pashto Language is a rich language in poetry field, there are uncountable poets serving pashto language through their poetry, they are trying to wake up their nation from ignorance.

Turkey the Quest for Identity Review:

The Ottomans were a rare imperial people who had no homeland to retreat to as their empire waned in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. Other imperial peoples had returned to various homelands: the British to their island base when they were forced to decolonize; the French to France, the Spanish to Spain, and so on. By the twentieth century, the Ottomans had no homeland for they had originated as tribal peoples who, for a variety of reasons, had been forced to migrate from the steppes of Central and Inner Asia and went in different directions. Some of these tribal confederations, including the ones who came to be known as Ottoman (Osmanl ) adopting the name of their leader, Osman (d.1324), migrated into the Islamic world and adopted Islam.
